not a very good auspicious start to 2009....

i dunno why everyone likes to say 'hope this year huat ah..', 'hope earn more $ ah..', 'hope economy good ah..' when the same things are said every year and nothing improves :s

stuck inside a cab around 12am cos of the stupid traffic pileup from the ECP CTE split at AYE all the bloody way to the stupid Marina exit... knn one car drive slow kaypoh and see, the car behind also kaypoh and see, and so on and so forth... even the taxi-driver also dulan... kept on shifting between neutral and 1st gear and he mumbled 'cheebye' (very fast change.. when i hop on, he still 'Wah happy new year ah!! my 1st customer!! huat ah!!')

i think even cars also dulan, i saw two poor guys pushing their vehicles along ECP.. i thought they in for a even better 2009... push car along ECP shiok, traffic so jialat, tow also need to wait for donkey years. Unless push all the way up the upslope at the part over the floating platform and exit, muahahaha

so when the traffic finally eased after the marina exit, i saw a TP standing at the road shoulder and waving for us to move on. i was like er, you wave or dont wave we also know can go liao? no more firework to see, stop/move until dulan also, who won't wana go home? he should learn from his colleague stand beside his bike and use the most motivational and helpful tool in the world- eye power.
