What is stress? Stress is a mentally or emotionally disruptive or upsetting condition occurring in response to adverse external influences and capable of affecting physical health, usually characterized by increased heart rate, a rise in blood pressure, muscular tension, irritability, and depression.
I'm under hoards of stress and I hate it. Turbulent times are ahead of me. I can feel the lethargy; an inner voice telling me to stop everything that I'm doing right now. Makes me feel like an old fuck.
